5 Visualization and Affirmations

So what is vizualisation and affirmations good for? When you visualize what you want and say it out load you’ll teach your subconcius what you want. This will make it work for you. When it works for you the ekstra 90 % of brainpower are directed towards your vission. When your subconcius mind accept your vizualisation and affirmations it will feed you with the emotions, the drive and the energy you need in order for your mental image to become true.

For best results follwow these steps:

1. Write down a some goal you wish to acomplish. Only use posetive words and write it in pressent tence cos your subconcius will work better when it has the image in the now.

2. Schedual to say your affirmation and visualization every morning and evening for at least 30 days for a lasting effect.

3. While you say your affirmation try to visualize and get a feeling that you allredy have what you want. Make it so real that you allmost can touch it. The more real you can make it the faster it will be yours.

Example: I wake up 9:00 am, saying out load, “I am so greatfull for the 50 000 $ I know have, because I have coached over 100 people and helped them in there life” And I will see and feel the people  beeng gratefull, see the money, get the emotions from this. I will really connect with my goal in my imagination.

Note: If you can’t visualize clearly there are metodths for learning this, but the most important is that you can conect with the feelings.

4 Create your Network

What is a network? In this post I’m going to talk about creating a network of people. A network is simply the people around you that you have access to. Like friends, collegues, friends friends and so on. These are people who can give you recomendations for jobs, valuable information, inspiration and much much more. So it is a good idea to create a good network with the right people for your goal and interests.

Now you have propably found out and writen down what you want to accomplish in your life. I know that a person does not become truly great without the help of other people. So the next step to take now is to create a good network around you that will make you acheive your goals that much faster!

So what kind of people do you want around you in your life? I got a great exercise from my coach:

1. Write down what values and qualeties the persons in your network should have. Make some good standards. Write down as spesific as possible for each of these: Friends, Bussiness and Realationships.

“Try not to become a man of success but rather a man of value” – Albert Einstein. The more value you give to others the more you will receive back, so give alot of value :)

2. Write down your own qualeties and values. What can you give to the table?

3. Where can you meet these people? how can you get to know them? Maby you first have to get to know one of their friends to get trough to them. If it is a really famous person this is most likely a nessesery step.

Start to look at your current network and see who can get you closer to the kind of person you would like to meet, maby you need to meet 10 new people before you find the person you looking for or maby just one.

4. Give some value to the people you are meeting. Ideally, find out what their passion is all about, so you have something they like to talk about. You could also find out their problems and come with solutions. This will create deep conection, witch is ideally in any type of realationships.

5. Keep your commitments!! If you give commitments to others and allways do what you say you will do you are one of those rare people who have HUGE success with other people. Make some small commitments that will help the people around you. That will give you so much back.

The more you give the more you’ll get :)

3 Create the Plan

Okey so now you probably have a big dream that you are excited about! Good now let’s plan it! The key here is to have the mental image in your mind, of your ultimate goal or purpouse. Then you simply see yourself doing the stuff you need to do in order for you to acheive it.

What did you do? do you see the steps? maby you don’t know yet, but still set a date on when you think it is done.


1. Write down your goal on a paper and the date you will have acomplished it. Idealy is to make a 10 year goal, 5 year goal, 1 year goal, 6 month goal & one month goal (offcourse you could change your goals on your path, this is just a roadmap that it will make it much more easy).

2. Be very spesific with these goals. write down excactly what you want and describe it. let’s say you need money to buy a new car. Write down f.ex: 1. january 2011 I will have 74.530$ in my bank so I can buy a Toyota Avensis 2010 model with the colour blue and Gps.

3. write down how this will make you feel, what this will mean for your family and so on. why do you want this. Maby you want a new car becouse it has more space so you can take your famely out camping. maby you will feel proud to own this car. It makes you feel more like a man or a woman? Do this step and get a litle extra excited.

4. Now you have the goals, the why, the feelings involved and a date! Hang this on the wall, put a frame around it if you want to. See, believe and feel your goals in the morning and last thing before going to bed at night. This step will boost your inspiration and deffently boost your energylevel!

2 Believe in Yourself

“Dreams are like the paints of a great artist. Your dreams are your paints, the world is your canvas. Believing, is the brush that converts your dreams into a masterpiece of reality.”

Believing in your self is very important in order for you to accomplish big things in life.

So belive in your self and what you can acheive. You may not have the skills or the knowledge that you need in order to acheive your dream right now. That doesen’t matter at all. It’s ridiculous how much humans has acheived just by having a vission and by believing. I mean we have fucking sent people to the moon!

so believe in your self, don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it, becouse you can and I believe in you.

1 Biggest Dream

The first step to becoming more successful in life is to find out what your biggest passion is, your biggest dream. Chose one dream and make that dream big in your mind. If everything was posible how would it look? Make it good. See your self allredy acheived your biggest dream. How does it feel?

What you create in your sub-concius mind, when you do this, is a desire. The bigger desire you are able to create for yourself, the more your sub-concius will go to work for you to make it happen. It will give you the passion, energy, joy and willpower you’ll need for you reaching your dream.

So rigth now deside what you want, how it will make you feel, and what it would mean to you and your suroundings. Also very important if you want to feel happy after reaching your dream, is that you give something or help other. That you have a meaning that is beyond just yourself. Mabe your dreams gives joy to other people or maby it gives your family food on the table. Whatever you do know that you can contribate in some way. Think about it.

What really determines our life?

What determines how much success we will get? Is it that some people are just lucky or have the perfect childhood? I don’t think so.

What is there that makes some people really joy full and happy while others are depressed? What determinate your relationships with other people?

I bet you really want to know. Well I’m not going to cover all this in detail right now, but what I will give you is a much clearer picture on what it is that makes your reality the way it is for good or bad.

I have chosen this too be the first topic just to broaden your understanding, so you will get the most out of my future posts.

Environment

 

What effect do the environment have on you?

The friends and family you surround yourself with do most often have the biggest impact on your life and how much success you will have in terms of money, Job, relationships, happiness etc. Like you can’t expect to be very happy if the people you surround your self with are very negative all the time.

So chose very carefully what kind of people you let influence you. That might not be your family or your current friends. That don’t mean that you should leave your family and so on, but rather that you chose other people to be part of your circle of influence and chose not to be influenced by negative people. Always make sure to seek out the right people for your interest and purpose. It will make a huge difference!

You might also be influenced by your country, culture or religion. It is your job to seek out what’s good and serves you and what you want to remove from your identity. F.ex lets say you grew up in a town where there was alot of dangerous people on the street. A good rule would be not to talk with strangers. Well, lets say you want to start your own company. Do you think it is a good idea to still not talk with strangers? Probably not. But it is part of your identity so you might be afraid of talking to strangers. Don’t worry I will give you the tools to change limiting believes like this.

Another thing is that most people have the fear of change. This fear comes from when we used to live in tribes and change could mean being left out from your group and that could mean death. Well this is not a reasonable fear anymore, but what most likely will happen if you succeed is that people will try to get you “down on earth” back to their reality that you shared. If you keep your reality strong 2 tings can happen: you would either grow apart or the other person will start accepting your reality.

 

Identity


 

What is identity?

I have split it into 3 main arias:

  • Expectations and Values
  • Believes
  • Habits


Expectations and Values

What are the expectations you have in you life? Your friends? Your family?
Can you define what kind of person a friend is? How would a person act to be able to be your girlfriend or boyfriend? What are the rules?

Think about this cos whatever your rules are about you other people and what you expect. Are this matching your own values?

Are one of your values to always be there for a friend or a person you are inrelationships with?
Or do you have a rule too always get the biggest piece of the cake?

We all have different rules, expectations and values. Good or bad. Can you find any rules, values or expectations that does not serve you?

Beliefs

What you believe to be true has sort of a magical habit of becoming true for good or bad.

“Whether you think you can or can’t you are right” – Henry Ford

So if you think everyone dislikes you strong enough you are probably right. Same if you believe that everyone likes you, even if they don’t at the moment, they will.

What you believe in will actually make your subconscious mind (95 % of your brainpower) guide you in that direction even tough it might be things you don’t really want.

Do you have some bad or limiting believes?

If so don’t worry I will give the tools to change it.

Habits

Habits is whatever you do over and over again. Like washing your hands, flush your teeth, eating etc.

I think we can all agree that not all habits serve us. Like the habit of eating a little too much candy considered your own standards.

Habits are often hard to change, but with a little effort and persistence you can easily make a lifetime change.


Mindset


 

How do you see the world?
What do you believe is possible?
How will you respond when it gets hard?
Will you take action even tough you are scared or don’t want to because it serves a greater purpose?
Do you dare to take on a new path you know nothing about to be able to live your dreams?

How you think, what you think and what you are willing to do will pretty much determine your success and happiness in life!

I’m just reminding you of what you already know. It is up to you if you want to face it…
